Hi, I’m Lucas Hine — Realtor, coach, writer, and founder of RealCoach Academy.
RealCoach Academy is built around one simple belief: most real estate agents do not need more noise, more dashboards, or another complicated system to manage. They need clarity. They need structure. And they need a better way to decide what actually matters today.
After years of coaching real estate agents, I kept seeing the same pattern. Smart, capable people were working hard, consuming training, attending classes, buying tools, joining programs, and still waking up every morning asking the same question: what should I actually do today?
That question became the foundation for RealCoach Academy.
This is the home base for the frameworks, training, community, coaching, and tools I’ve built to help agents run their business with more clarity and less chaos. Inside the Academy, agents learn how to simplify their business plan, focus on the right activities, build better systems, use AI more effectively, and execute with consistency.
RealCoach.ai is the tool that brings that philosophy to life.
It comes with the Academy because I do not believe implementation and education should be separated. The Academy teaches the system. RealCoach.ai helps you apply it. It takes your goals, business plan, pipeline, priorities, and commitments and turns them into clear daily action.
That is what makes this different from another course, another community, or another CRM.

The blog is where I write more deeply about the psychology of performance, business clarity, self-leadership, entrepreneurship, and the messy human side of building something meaningful. The YouTube channel is where I teach, explain, demonstrate, and document the ideas behind the Academy in a more practical way.
Outside of coaching, writing, and building RealCoach Academy, I’m usually with my wife, Alex, and our three kids. I love playing guitar, paddle boarding, cycling, writing, and the kind of conversations that help people see their life or business a little differently.
Everything I build comes back to the same question:
How do we help people think more clearly, act more consistently, and build lives and businesses they actually want?
